Substitution Policy

We do our best efforts to capture the exact elements of the images included. 

Flowers are a product of nature and some varieties may or may not be available at the time of your purchase. In cases of non-availability, BËRLI reserves the right to substitute that stem with the next best option or of equal value. 

Care Instructions

• This arrangement comes with a floral foam insert soaked in water, to help keep your flowers fresh and hydrated.

• Check the moisture levels of the floral foam daily by gently pressing the top of the foam with the tip of your finger.

• When the foam starts to become dry, pour about 1/2 cup of water through the center using a narrow opening such as a water bottle.

• Keep in a location without direct sunlight and away from extreme heat or cold.

• Recycle box after use.
