Product Policy
Delivery Policy
We deliver our arrangements locally in Philadelphia, PA and the surrounding suburban neighborhoods, as well as a few locations in New Jersey. All orders must be made 3 days prior to desired delivery date. Any order placed and requested after the deadline, will be automatically cancelled.
Methods of Delivery
We use Roadie, a third-party service, and our team, to fulfill the deliveries.
Delivery time and day
We will make every attempt to accommodate to specific time requests, however we cannot guarantee this.
Delivery is available Monday-Sunday
Delivery time slot:
8:00am-12:00pm
12:00pm-4:00pm
4:00pm-8:00pm
Delivery Fee
The delivery fee varies depending on the location.
Non-Delivery
Please note that Berli Floral Design is not liable for any extra delivery costs from a failed delivery. In the event that no delivery attempt was made, and the order was never received on the requested delivery date, we will offer the customer one of the following - delivery cost not included:
Store Credit.
A full refund.
A re-attempt to deliver the bouquet.
Partial Delivery
In the event that the product was delivered, but an item was missing, the customer has the right to a refund of the missing item(s). The customer must notify Berli Floral Design within three (3) business days from the day the product waste delivered.
Delivery Instructions
If you have any special delivery instructions, please leave them in the "Add a note" section at checkout.
If, for some reason, the recipient is not available to accept the delivery, we will attempt to place the order in a safe place. If you have provided us with the recipient's contact details, we will do our best to contact them.

2. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations
Orders are eligible for cancellation with a full refund if they are requested within four (4) hours after the purchase was placed. After this period, the cancellation will not be approved. We will not be able to refund orders that have already been prepared or dispatched.

Refunds
Due to the nature of the products being sold, returns are not available.
If, for some unlikely reason, you experience quality issues or other exceptional circumstances with your arrangement, please email us within 24 hours after you receive your product. In the message, include the following information:
Name
Order Number
Issue (CHANGE)
(Optional) Include a picture so we can fully understand the issue and find a solution accordingly.
Our team will evaluate your submission and contact you as soon as possible. A full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion; however, this does NOT include any delivery costs.
Refunds will be returned through the original mode of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Product Substitution Policy
When working with floral products, it is common to see flowers that are in bloom during certain times of the year. It is difficult to have the same flowers available year round , so at certain times when browsing on our website, you may see some products are marked as unavailable. These products are only around for a limited time, and we will do our due diligence to keep products’ stock updated as availability changes.
In the event that you purchase a product and elements are unavailable at the time of purchase, we will substitute the stem for stem that is similar in look at no cost to you.
